Ingredients: 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces) 2 preserved lemons (quartered) 2 large onions (sliced) 3 garlic cloves (minced) 1/4 cup green olives 3 tablespoons Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Salt and pepper to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish Preparation: Heat Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a tagine or heavy-bottomed pot. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft. Add the spices and mix well before adding the chicken pieces. Stir in the preserved lemons and olives. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Drizzle with Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil before serving and garnish with fresh cilantro.
