Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemon and Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
- 2 preserved lemons (quartered)
- 2 large onions (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 3 tablespoons Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Preparation:
- Heat Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a tagine or heavy-bottomed pot. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
- Add the spices and mix well before adding the chicken pieces.
- Stir in the preserved lemons and olives. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
- Drizzle with Aceites Muñoz Extra Virgin Olive Oil before serving and garnish with fresh cilantro.
